We might be a little biased (hehe) but our Pilates classes are full of sizzle and so much fun – dynamic, functional workouts to tone your bod and revitalize your mind.

If you’ve never tried our studio classes before, you’re in for a treat!
And if you’re a TMB regular, you’ll be happy to know that our FULL BODY online classes are designed with the same philosophy and methods as our in-person, injury-proof workouts.

It can be hard to stay motivated when you’re alone at home. I mean, that’s why many of us rely on our favourite studios and instructors to keep us going. BUT there’s still something so special about having a familiar face/voice lead you through a class even if it’s through your screen.
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS
Dr. Bhat is a fascia and anatomy nerd through and through, empowering you to take your body and mind to new heights so that you can see the lasting results you’ve been craving. 

She designed our signature class The Perfect FIIT to be the perfect blend of heart pumping, functional movements, toning and ZEN because a workout should leave you feeling revitalized and moving BETTER than you went into it!
Dr. Shelley practices what she preaches and is always striving to find innovative ways to upgrade her patients’ health. 

When she’s not nerding out on new research or working one on one with a patient, you can find her in the studio doing Perfect FIIT or a silly dance to bring a smile to someone’s face.
Dr. Meagan encourages healthy lifestyle choices for the whole family and loves integrating wellness into everyone’s day to day life. 

When she’s not in a treatment room or teaching a class, you can find her at TMB on the reformer with a coffee in hand and always happy to chat about your day!
Sarah is passionate about teaching Pilates FIIT classes that bring the sizzle and help people connect with their own unique version of body positivity. 

In her spare time, she disappears into culinary adventures in her kitchen, enjoys spending time outdoors in nature and has yet to meet a cheetah print she doesn’t like.

Perfect FIIT
Created by TMB founder Dr. Shalini Bhat. Everything you want in a class! Fascia and functional movements meet FUN. Get ready for some heart pumping cardio, lengthening and strengthening in all the right places and finishing with some zen.

Reformer FIIT
A fan favourite here at TMB! Reformer moves, but on the mat! A full body toning workout taught in our signature style on the reformer machine, combining contemporary Pilates & functional movements.

Pilates FIIT 
Focusing on the fundamentals of classical Pilates, but with a TMB twist! We’ll tone everything, including your core in this modern, dynamic workout!

FAQs
IF I CAN'T ATTEND THE LIVE RECORDING, CAN I WATCH IT AT MY LEISURE?
YES, if you are a WEEKLY member, you will get access to ALL the weekly workout recordings for that week after they are filmed. These will erase at the end of the week and refresh the following week.
I'M AN AMERICAN I WOULD PREFER PAYING IN USD IN THAT AN OPTION?
YES! To avoid conversion fees on your card, we have created options to pay in USD!
CAN I DO A DROP-IN CLASS?
Absolutely! At checkout you will have the option to pick the class you'd like to attend for that week (Mon-Sat).
AS A DROP-IN CLASS WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE RECORDING?
If you want access to the recordings for the week, you must upgrade to a weekly member. Drop-in class access is for the LIVE class only.
WHAT PLATFORM ARE THESE CLASSES GOING TO BE ON?
At this time, the classes will be hosted over ZOOM. This way we can also see you and offer corrections to the group. You are of course welcome to turn off your video if you don't want to be seen.
DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?
NONE! We suggest a mat, but even if you just have a carpet that's fine. We will also suggest using cans of beans etc. as weights, throw cushions as a squishy ball, two rags as sliding discs and a hand towel as a strap/band.
DO I HAVE TO REMEMBER TO RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP EVERY WEEK?
No! We have set up automatic recurring weekly memberships so that you don't have to think! You can however, also cancel at ANY time, there is no obligation.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DIDN'T USE IT?
No, refunds aren't possible, but the benefit of our weekly membership option is the handy replay feature so you can catch a class whenever it suits your schedule!
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
Classes are 45 mins each.
WILL I GET A CHANCE TO INTERACT WITH THE INSTRUCTOR?
Yes! Just like a regular class, we will start the call a couple minutes early so that we can connect and you can share anything you want with your instructor. You can also always e-mail us in advance with any question/concern you want to privately share. admin@themovementboutique.ca
DO I HAVE TO HAVE THE REFORMER TO DO THE REFORMER FIIT CLASS?
No! We have created this class to "mimic" moves on the reformer so you can do them in the comfort of your own home.
WHAT TIME ZONE ARE THE CLASSES FILMED IN?
All classes are streamed live in Eastern Standard Time (EST)
